Opportunity: Provide patients who are diagnosed with Stages 3, 4, and 5 Chronic Kidney Disease a way to understand and manage their illness.

Solution: Developed a tool that helps patients manage their chronic condition.

Role: Product design: requirements gathering, ideation and sketching sessions, usability testing, UI design.

Context: Agile teams that represent multiple platforms (web responsive, iOS, and Android).

Biggest challenges: Designing for less tech-savvy folks (avg. age 74) who are trying to navigate life with a very complex chronic illness.
